Bunny Stream gives you exactly this (per-viewer engagement, retention heatmaps, branded player, no “YouTube” logo or suggested videos) for roughly $1/mo + ~1¢ per GB streamed. YouTube unlisted is free but the player carries its branding and only exposes coarse, channel-level analytics — you can't see how much an individual client watched.
